We're looking for a Customer Support Engineer for our civil aviation clients at our Aircraft Conversions and Upgrades Division .
The Position includes:
- Provide ongoing support for the global fleet of cargo aircraft converted by IAI.
- Deliver prompt and efficient engineering/technical responses to customers worldwide.
- Manage operational and maintenance documentation.
- Administer the customer portal/website.
- Monitor the global fleet of converted aircraft.
- Track customer complaints and conduct customer satisfaction surveys.
What We’re Looking For:
- Academic degree / certified practical engineer (CPE) / technician in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronics Engineering, or Aeronautics – mandatory.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aviation industry – mandatory.
- High-level proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) – mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools – mandatory.
- At least 3 years of experience in engineering support for customers and/or suppliers – advantage.
- Familiarity with SAP and Mantra systems – advantage.
