Factory Maintenance Manager

Unilever Israel is seeking a Maintenance Manager

location: Arad

This is a managerial role overseeing a team and mid-level managers and includes a company vehicle.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the entire maintenance system of the plant.
• Improving and optimizing production processes and implementing new production lines.
• Providing mechanical support for projects and new equipment, working with suppliers and procurement.
• Preventive maintenance of machines and equipment, supporting the writing and updating of maintenance procedures in the plant’s information system.
• Implementing quality, safety, and environmental procedures within the department.
• Operating and maintaining computerized information systems and supporting product development trials.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering – mandatory
• Very good English, with an emphasis on technical English – mandatory
• Experience in a manufacturing industry – mandatory
• Experience in the food industry – advantage
