SAP QM Module Implementer

We're looking for SAP QM Module Implementer for our ITC .

The Position includes:

• Understand cross-organizational processes, particularly quality and production processes.
• Collect quality management requirements from internal customers.
• Implement the QM module in all its components across the Yehud Campus.
• Provide ongoing updates and support to key users regarding the module’s functionality.
• Represent the SAP department on this topic in various ITC information committees.
• Deliver regular in-person training sessions to support knowledge transfer and retention.
• Analyze processes within the QM module and its interfaces with other modules; ensure process control.
• Report progress on QM module implementation plans to the Head of IT systems.
• Participate actively in steering committees and working groups both within the campus and at ITC.
• Manage tasks and change requests related to SAP in coordination with ITC and the company’s Quality Directorate.
• Write procedures and guidelines related to quality management in collaboration with the Quality Manager and corporate quality leadership.
• Perform software/application testing for ITC developments related to the QM module, including scenario-based testing.

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering and Management, with a specialization in Information Systems / Production Management / Quality / Project Management – mandatory.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with the SAP system, particularly with deep expertise in the QM module – mandatory.
• Experience in implementing the SAP QM module in a large organization (minimum 500 users) – mandatory.
• In-depth and comprehensive knowledge of the Production Planning (PP) module – mandatory.
• Familiarity with SAP module interfaces, especially those related to QM.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Ability to learn and adapt to new development environments.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Basic familiarity with BI tools (e.g., RS, Power BI) – advantage.
• Basic knowledge of SQL – advantage.
