The Commercial Project Manager is responsible for planning, leading, and executing cross-organizational commercial projects while managing multiple interfaces with internal departments, suppliers, and clients. The role includes coordinating all stakeholders, managing budgets and timelines, identifying risks, and providing creative solutions to project challenges.

Responsibilities (English)

• Leading and managing commercial projects from initiation to completion.
• Planning schedules, managing budgets, overseeing control gates, and ensuring project team members meet their objectives.
• Collaborating with clients, suppliers, and business partners to ensure project success.
• Coordinating and working closely with internal departments (Marketing, Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Logistics).
• Conducting commercial analyses and assessing business risks.
• Monitor and manage project timelines while ensuring key milestones are met.
• Preparing status reports and presenting data to senior management.
• Identifying process improvements and innovations in commercial operations.
  
  

• 5 years of experience managing commercial/business projects.
• Relevant academic background (Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field).
• Full proficiency in English - mandatory (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Experience working with multiple internal and external interfaces.
• Excellent proficiency in Excel and BI systems - an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and a well-developed business mindset.
• Task management and prioritization skills under pressure.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
