We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing team!

In this role, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end project delivery, working closely with development, IT, product, infrastructure, and business teams. You’ll help drive technical projects forward, ensure smooth execution, and keep everyone aligned and focused on shared goals.

Lead and manage technical projects from planning to successful delivery.

Align and coordinate between development, product, infrastructure, and business teams.

Define project scope, manage timelines, resources, budgets, and track key KPIs.

Provide technical and operational support to ensure seamless project execution.

Design and optimize scalable project management processes tailored to client needs.

Use Atlassian tools (especially JIRA and Confluence) to manage workflows, build dashboards, and improve visibility.

Integrate AI-based tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Notion AI, Copilot) to boost productivity and decision-making.

Identify and manage risks, support change initiatives, and drive continuous improvement.

• 2–3 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Strong practical experience with JIRA (boards, filters, dashboards, automations, configurations).
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence), plus familiarity with Monday, Azure DevOps, and Power BI.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience using AI tools for task optimization and documentation.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in (BSC) in industrial engineering and management, providing a solid foundation for analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• A proactive, fast learner who thrives in dynamic environments.
  

• Experience consulting on Atlassian tools or leading tool onboarding.
• Certifications in project management (PMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe) or Atlassian certifications.
• Experience with change management, process optimization, or tool implementation projects.
