We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our R&D team and help shape the future of our platform. You'll work together with the founders, developers and end-users to create cutting-edge intuitive and efficient interfaces & workflows changing how construction projects are viewed, consumed and utilized with AI.

What you’ll do:

• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes for new features and improvements
• Design clean, modern, and consistent UI components and design systems
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with developers to ensure precise implementation of designs
• Maintain and evolve our design system and component library

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of hands-on UX/UI experience
• Strong proficiency in Figma for UI design, prototyping, and design systems
• Solid understanding of UI/UX principles, including typography, color theory, and layout
• Knowledge of user-centered design processes and methodologies
• Basic understanding of web and mobile design constraints and possibilities
• Excellent visual design skills with strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills in English
• Experience with design for B2B/SaaS products

• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS
• Familiarity with agile development processes
• Previous experience working with development teams
