We are Ray Mobile, a small bootstrap mobile game developer and publisher, creating hypercasual games for over 3 years and we’re looking to level up! We are positioning ourselves to expand our genres, broaden our mechanics, and step up our game!
That’s why we're looking for a Senior Game Developer with a very particular set of skills, skills they have acquired over their career, skills that make people like them a dream for people like us.
But movie references aside.
We are looking for an experienced developer with a proven record of:
- Deep understanding in C# and Mobile Development in Unity
- Frontend, API integration, Database management capabilities
- LiveOps development and maintenance
- Establishing concept to production pipelines and workflows
- Managing a small development team
- Debugging and code review

You would be expected to:
- Write clear and maintainable code with future proofing in mind
- Bring games from concept to full deployment
- Establish a technical backbone to support expanding
- Suggest and advocate work methods and tools
- Manage the current dev team and estimate work times
- Set up deployment processes for iOS and Android
