Investment Analyst - Asset Management

Buligo Capital, a publicly-traded real estate investment firm based in Ramat Gan, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented financial analyst to join our Asset Management team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in U.S. real estate investments, portfolio strategy, investor marketing, and financial analysis while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain financial models for potential acquisitions and asset performance.

Prepare investment memorandums and fundraising materials for internal and external stakeholders.

Collaborate with our U.S.-based operating partners throughout the investment lifecycle.

Analyze monthly financial reports and participate in performance meetings with property managers.

Assist in preparing quarterly investor reports and provide input on annual property budgets and appraisals.

Identify and implement technology solutions to streamline asset management processes.

Requirements:

2-5years of experience in real estate acquisitions, asset management, or financial analysis.

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (native or near-native level).

Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail.

Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling.

Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently.
