Senior Full Stack Developer | Digital Health Innovation

CoPilotMD is a fast-growing digital health startup developing cutting-edge solutions for

clinical decision support in interventional care.

We are seeking a highly motivated

Senior Full Stack SW Engineer to lead and contribute across our technology stack, from backend

systems to frontend interfaces, in a dynamic and mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

 Design and implement scalable, secure, and maintainable system architecture.

 Lead backend development with a focus on performance, reliability, and scalability.

 Build and maintain cloud-based infrastructure and data storage solutions.

 Oversee the integration and development of responsive, intuitive frontend

components.

 Implement and maintain interfaces with external systems and third-party services.

 Operate within a microservices-based architecture, ensuring clean modularity.

 Collaborate closely with data science and algorithm teams to support model

deployment and lifecycle.

 Drive end-to-end product development—from concept and prototyping through

deployment and maintenance.

Requirements

 B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field – Mandatory

 Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in system architecture and backend

development.

 Proficiency in Python and Java or C# – Must

 Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

 Solid understanding of database design, data management, and system integration.

 Familiarity with DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipeline implementation.

 Proficient in containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

 Experience in building and maintaining microservices-based systems.

 Demonstrated ability to develop production-grade, scalable server-side applications

and integrations.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Experience developing software under a Quality Management System (QMS) and in

accordance with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, particularly in

regulated or clinical environments

 Background in early-stage startups and agile development environments.
