Senior System Engineer

We are looking for a Senior System Engineer to join the Missile and Space Systems Division.

What you'll be doing:

• The project integrates multiple disciplines, including algorithms, aeronautics, navigation, communication, avionics, electronics, software, control systems, hardware, and mechanics—from the architectural phase to serial production.
• Lead the engineering development process from requirement definition through design and testing.
• Guiding system engineering teams across different subsystems.
• Defining and developing system designs, writing and specifying engineering and integration requirements, leading engineering reviews, shaping design concepts, and overseeing system integrations and tests.
• Lead development and manage the engineering aspects as part of the project's system engineering team.

What We’re Looking For:

• B.Sc. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or Electro-Optics – mandatory.
• M.Sc. in System Engineering or Electronics Engineering – advantageous.
• Previous experience in the development of weapon systems, airborne systems, or missile technology – mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience in electronics or avionics systems development – mandatory.
• At least 3 years of experience as a multidisciplinary system engineer – mandatory.
• High-level English proficiency (speaking, reading, and writing).
