We are looking for an Head Of Fuzzing Research to join our team!

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced cybersecurity professional to lead and develop a multidisciplinary group of about 14 researchers and engineers across three functional teams. In this senior leadership role, you will guide advanced threat research, drive the development of cutting-edge fuzzing-based security infrastructure for cybersecurity projects. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of technical excellence, fostering professional growth, and delivering impactful results to clients and partners.

Job Requirements:

• At least 8 years of experience in the cybersecurity field. Preferred good knowledge of fuzzing methodologies.

• At least 3 years of proven management experience leading technical teams.

• Strong ability to present technical deliverables to clients and business partners.

• Strong interpersonal communication and leading technical discussions.

• Project management skills with the ability to guide and mentor technical teams.

• Relevant academic degree (preferred).
