Junior Operations Coordinator

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Operations Coordinator at WeDev Technologies located in Holon.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Junior Operations Coordinator to help enforce internal business processes and ensure tasks across the team are completed on time. This role is essential to keeping projects moving efficiently, holding team members accountable, and maintaining operational discipline across the company.

While the primary focus is on internal operations, the role also involves a smaller share of responsibilities in direct communication with customers (via chat, phone, or email) and light project management tasks.
