Assistant Controller - CPA

We are looking for an Assistant Controller that will handle the following:

Financial Representation

• Comprehensive working papers covering the aspects of recognition, measurement and disclosure.

GAAP & SOX Compliance

• Updating financial accounting and disclosures upon ongoing changes in the company and GAAP updates.
• Assistance with meeting SOX requirements related to financial statements closing and other processes in the department.

Interfaces with other departments

• Data gathering and Validation, Understanding the business implications on financial records, Taking part in cross-division processes.

Analytical Analysis

Analyzing changes as part of:

• Review of affiliates' reporting packs.
• Providing management’s representation.

Requirements:

• CPA (ISR), “Bachelor” of one of the Big4 firms, Experience with IFRS medium/large corporates.
• High English language skills.
• Highly skilled in Excel, familiar with other Office applications, good IT orientation.
• SAP acquaintance – Advantage.
