We are looking for a Lead Accountant to join our team in Jerusalem. This is an amazing opportunity to support the Controllership team. The team comprises 2 members and is part of the global finance team and will report to the Accounting Manager. We would love to speak with you if you have skills as a qualified CPA and working knowledge of Israeli GAAP

About You – Experience, Education, Skills, And Accomplishments

2+ years of experience post-Qualified CPA.
Strong computer proficiency (Excel) 
2+years of experience/working knowledge of Israeli and US GAAP
Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English

It would be great if you also had . . .

Good understanding and working knowledge of Israeli VAT.

Good understanding and working knowledge of Israeli corporate and withholding taxes.

Ability to learn new systems, processes, and tasks quickly and efficiently.
A positive attitude to continuous improvement
Prior experience with Oracle NetSuite is desirable

What will you be doing in this role?

Establishes and maintains accounting policies and controls. Conduct financial close, reporting and accounting reconciliations, execute defined controls, and manage the financial reporting process, including the preparation of the external statutory reporting. Provide technical guidance on accounting concepts, including compliance with accounting policies.
