Responsibilities:

- Solve complex technical problems.

- Collaborate with service and development teams.

- Improve our processes and products.

Requirements:

- Strong technical understanding of API, especially REST.

- Knowledge of endpoint systems and troubleshooting in an HTTP-based internet environment.

- Familiarity with UML and the ability to read and understand flowcharts is an advantage.

- Background in programming/computer science/software engineering courses is an advantage.

- Basic experience in SQL is a plus.

- Education in information systems, software, or computer science-related fields.
