What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage our internal website development team — hiring, mentoring, and scaling
• Own the full planning and specification process for a variety of business websites (content, services, e-commerce, and more)
• Work hands-on with WordPress and Elementor, using their full capabilities to structure user flows, design functional layouts, and deliver high-performance websites
• Develop and standardize wireframes, specs, and planning documents that support UX, SEO, and conversion goals
• Manage multiple projects in parallel — setting priorities, solving challenges, and aligning with designers, developers, content creators, and marketing teams
• Ensure every site launched meets our standards for speed, clarity, mobile usability, SEO, and business fit

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience managing a web team in a fast-paced digital environment
• Real-world experience planning and structuring websites using WordPress and Elementor — this is a must
• Strong UX instincts, with the ability to plan user flows that work — both functionally and commercially
• Experience with WooCommerce, SEO planning, and building websites with clear marketing goals
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and other core marketing tools
• Client-facing communication skills — you know how to ask the right questions, set expectations, and translate client needs into clear action plans
• Organizational excellence — you can keep multiple projects, people, and priorities moving at once
• Business-oriented mindset — you get what clients want to achieve and how websites can get them there

Bonus Points:

• Experience with Wix (in addition to Elementor/WordPress)
• Knowledge of website hosting, DNS, and technical handovers
• Experience building workflows or automations in Monday.com
