Senior Developer – Mat Leave Replacement

As a seasoned developer, you'll play a key role in Azami's software development projects, collaborating with the team to design scalable, robust, and maintainable systems. You'll be hands-on with programming tasks, crafting efficient solutions to complex problems. Additionally, you'll support your colleagues through code reviews, offering insights to enhance code quality and performance. Your contributions will be vital in ensuring the success of our projects and delivering high-quality software.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain our SaaS platform using modern web technologies
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Engage in programming tasks to implement new features and functionalities, ensuring code quality and maintainability.
• Contribute ideas and insights to shape the direction of the project and enhance its capabilities.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers

Qualifications:

• Full time availability
• Available for a 9 month temporary contract
• Proven track record of 5+ years as a full-stack developer
• Strong, in-depth knowledge of JavaScript, React, and Node.js is mandatory
• Demonstrable experience with microservices architecture in production environments
• Strong proficiency in both relational and non-relational databases, experience with MySql is an advantage
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud services
• Strong knowledge of the full software development cycle: development, testing, deployment, and maintenance
• Experience in software architecture with a solid understanding of system design and implementation
• Good communication skills in English (company is English speaking)
