Logistics Coordinator & Operations Analyst

Techjet, is a leading industrial manufacturer - looking for a highly organized and analytical Logistics Coordinator & Operations Analyst to join our growing team.

This position combines responsibility for international shipping coordination with reporting, data analysis, and business insights.

🚛 Your Core Responsibilities:

· Coordinate import/export shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, and communication with freight forwarders

· Work daily with Priority ERP and other tools to manage orders, track deliveries, and issue logistics documentation

· Build and maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards to monitor shipping, planning, and production data

· Analyze logistics and operational data to identify trends, gaps, and improvement opportunities

· Ensure delivery schedules are aligned with operational priorities and timelines

· Support the future adoption of BI tools and contribute to data-driven process improvements

✅ Requirements:

· 2+ years of experience in logistics/shipping/import-export – mandatory

· Hands-on experience with Priority ERP – Significant Advantage

· Advanced Excel skills – pivot tables, formulas, dashboards – mandatory

· Language fluency in both Hebrew and English – required

· Strong analytical mindset and ability to draw insights from data

· Independent, detail-oriented, and proactive
