🧩 What You’ll Do:

Develop and maintain high-scale backend services using Java and Spring Boot

Work with real-time data processing frameworks like Kafka and Flink

Design and manage data with SQL and NoSQL databases at scale

Contribute to SaaS component development, building POCs and prototypes

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, QA engineers, and various tech teams across the company

Take part in architectural decisions, performance improvements, and production issue resolution

Serve as a technical mentor and go-to expert for your team

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of hands-on experience with Java development – must

Proven experience with Spring / Spring Boot

Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with Kafka and Flink

Experience with relational and non-relational databases (SQL / NoSQL)

Strong understanding of distributed system architecture

Passion for writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code

Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
