As we grow, we’re looking for a General Manager to take charge of our studio and warehouse operations in Petah Tikva, leading the heart of where the Clawee magic happens.

The Role

We’re looking for a proactive, ambitious, and hands-on General Manager to run the day-to-day operations of our studio & warehouse in Petah Tikva. This is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing everything—from people to processes to machines.

You’ll lead a multidisciplinary team, solve real-time challenges, implement scalable processes, and ensure the entire operation runs like a well-oiled machine. You should be equally comfortable managing people, streamlining systems, and getting your hands dirty to keep things moving.

What You’ll Do

• Run the Show: Lead all daily studio and warehouse operations, ensuring machines, teams, and schedules run smoothly.
• Grow the Team: Manage and expand a strong, motivated operational team. Hire and train new talent as the studio scales.
• Problem Solve: Own and resolve day-to-day challenges quickly—whether technical, staffing, or operational.
• Implement Processes: Build and refine workflows and SOPs that improve efficiency, clarity, and performance.
• Technical Oversight: Work closely with our hardware and tech teams to monitor machine performance and troubleshoot as needed.
• Track Performance: Monitor key metrics, analyze data, and report on KPIs and operational progress.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Liaise with HQ, tech, customer support, and logistics to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience.
• Drive Culture: Lead with energy and vision—fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and operational excellence.

Who You Are

• Experienced leader in operations, production, or studio/warehouse management, preferably in a startup, tech, or hardware-heavy environment
• Hands-on and proactive—you don’t wait for direction, you create it
• Proven ability to scale teams and introduce structure where needed
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to stay cool under pressure
• Tech-friendly mindset—comfortable with machines and working alongside technical teams
• Fuent in Hebrew and proficient in English
• Based in (or willing to relocate to) Petah Tikva, Israel
