Senior SAP HR Consultant

Job Description: We are looking for a highly experienced Senior SAP HR Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in implementing and customizing SAP HR modules, with a focus on Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP HR modules, including Time & Attendance, Employee Records, and Organizational Structure.
• Analyze HR business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Customize and configure SAP HR to meet organizational needs.
• Provide training and ongoing support to end users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within the SAP HR system.
• Ensure system compliance with regulatory and business changes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP HR implementation, especially in Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Organizational Management.
• Proven experience in system analysis, module customization, and writing functional specifications for development teams.
• Strong ability to learn and understand complex business processes.
• Experience leading projects from requirements gathering to go-live.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• Advantage: Familiarity with modern SAP technologies such as Fiori/UI5, ESS/MSS.
• Advantage: Experience with SAP Authorization module.
