VP Product Led Growth

We are seeking a visionary VP of Product Led Growth (PLG) to lead and expand our product-led growth strategy across the entire user journey — from the first marketing touchpoints through to deep product engagement and long-term retention.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will shape and execute our end-to-end PLG experience. You’ll be responsible for driving trials, onboarding flows, and self-serve experiences that fuel activation, adoption, retention, and revenue growth.

You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, marketing, UX, and BI/data teams to build intuitive, high-impact journeys that deliver value quickly and keep users engaged.

What You’ll Do:

• Own the entire user journey – from first product exposure and experimentation to onboarding and in-product expansion.
• Design and implement impactful PLG experiences that reduce friction, accelerate time-to-value, and increase key conversion rates.
• Build and collaborate with cross-functional squads of product designers, UX researchers, and content strategists, all focused on engagement and growth.
• Partner closely with marketing and product teams to create interactive demos, product tours, and onboarding flows that convert visitors into loyal users.
• Leverage user data, experimentation, and research to drive UX decisions and rapid iteration (A/B testing, journey analysis, session recordings, etc.).
• Define and monitor PLG KPIs such as activation rate, trial-to-paid conversion, feature adoption, and user retention.
• Be a user advocate – help prioritize initiatives that improve usability and drive measurable business impact.
• Align UX strategies with product and GTM roadmaps to ensure consistency and clarity across all customer touchpoints.

What You Bring:

• 10+ years of experience in UX, product design, or growth design, with experience in a leadership capacity.
• Deep expertise in building self-serve user experiences in SaaS and PLG-driven environments.
• Proven success designing onboarding and trial flows that directly influenced core growth metrics.
• A data-driven mindset, with hands-on experience using tools like Amplitude, Mixpanel, Full Story, and A/B testing platforms.
• Exceptional collaboration, leadership, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to operate hands-on when needed.
