As we build a global community of travelers and creators, we’re looking for a creative and strategic Content Creator to help grow our brand, engage users, and drive platform adoption.

💼 Position Overview

This is a part time position for English speaking, Tel Aviv-based creators. As Roomer's Content Creator, you'll be the creative force behind our brand's visual identity across digital platforms and be responsible for developing engaging marketing content for social media and paid campaigns. You’ll create thumb-stopping videos, graphics, and stories that capture the essence of travel and drive engagement across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and more. You’ll also collaborate with influencers, travelers, and internal teams to craft compelling narratives that inspire people to explore the world.

This role is perfect for someone with a strong passion for travel and storytelling, who loves to experiment with content formats and understands how to create content that resonates with modern audiences.

📌 Responsibilities

• Develop scroll-stopping, high-quality video and visual content for social media, paid ads, and organic campaigns.
• Own the creative process from ideation to execution, ensuring content aligns with Roomer’s brand and mission.
• Optimize content for engagement, reach, and conversions, leveraging data insights to improve performance.
• Stay ahead of social media and travel trends, identifying new opportunities for content innovation.
• Collaborate with influencers, creators, and internal teams to produce authentic, user-generated-style content.
• Manage Roomer’s social media presence, interacting with our audience and fostering community engagement.
• Build and nurture Roomer's distinctive brand voice in a competitive digital landscape
• Test and refine different creative formats for performance marketing, working alongside growth and analytics teams.

🎯 Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in content creation, social media marketing, or digital storytelling.
• Proven ability to shoot, edit, and produce engaging video content for TikTok, Reels, or YouTube Shorts.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
• Experience with content creation tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and see projects to completion
• Bonus: Experience with paid advertising creative strategy (Meta, TikTok, YouTube ads).
• Strong passion for travel, storytelling, and digital content creation.
• Native English speaker with excellent written and spoken communication skills in English and comfortable being in front of the camera
• Hebrew a plus
