We’ve built and continue to evolve a robust internal platform to empower media buyers, analysts, and operators with real-time alerts, smart recommendations, and semi-autonomous optimization tools.

We’re seeking a visionary and hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology organization. This is a strategic executive role responsible for shaping our long-term tech vision, strengthening our AI infrastructure, and scaling our development team. The ideal candidate blends strong leadership with deep technical knowledge and a passion for innovation through artificial intelligence.

• Lead the development and execution of the company’s technology roadmap with a strong AI-first mindset
• Manage and grow the development team, fostering a high-performance, innovation-driven culture
• Oversee architecture, security, infrastructure, and scalability of all technology systems
• Guide the development of AI models and systems for media optimization, lead scoring, fraud detection, and campaign automation
• Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to maintain our competitive edge
• Collaborate with other executives to align tech strategy with business and media performance goals
• Ensure data privacy, compliance, and stability across all systems and integrations
• Champion continuous improvement, technical excellence, and experimentation

• 8-10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles
• BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline (MSc or PhD a plus)
• Strong background in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning – including experience leading teams that build or deploy AI products
• Hands-on experience with AI frameworks, LLMs, or predictive modeling
• Proven ability to scale engineering teams and build a strong tech culture
• Deep knowledge of modern software development practices, cloud infrastructure (e.g., GCP, AWS), and DevOps
• Previous experience in ad tech, martech, or performance marketing — strong advantage
• Experience working in or with global organizations — advantage
• Strong communication skills and the ability to connect technical execution to business outcomes
