We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Photo Editor & Graphic Designer to join our team part-time. You’ll be responsible for editing before-and-after images of real patients from our network of surgeons. These images help clients see what’s possible, build trust in our surgeons’ work, and envision their own cosmetic journey. 

Responsibilities

• Edit, retouch, and resize before-and-after images of surgical procedures
• Use tools like Photoshop, Figma, and Canva to create clean, on-brand images
• Remove watermarks and backgrounds when needed (using tools such as watermark removers or AI-based platforms like Freepik)
• Ensure consistency across images and adhere to Bliss brand and aesthetic guidelines
• Collaborate with our marketing and design teams to deliver high-quality visual assets 
• Comfortably work with medical imagery, including close-ups of the female body and surgical results

You’re a Great Fit If You:

• Are fluent in Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and Canva
• Have experience using AI-powered design tools (e.g., Freepik, watermark removers, upscalers, etc.)
• Understand visual storytelling and can enhance natural beauty without distorting real results
• Are comfortable working with sensitive, medical, and body-centered content
• Work quickly and carefully with attention to detail
• Are open to feedback and enjoy being part of a small, creative team
• Are available to work in-office 2–3 days per week (Tel Aviv)
• Have a strong portfolio showcasing natural photo editing and before-and-after formats

• Are studying design, photography, or a related creative field
• Have experience in aesthetic, beauty, or medical-related industries
