Financial Controller

We are looking for a highly motivated Financial Controller to join Au10tix’s growing finance team. In this key role, reporting to the Director of Finance, you will ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and controls in accordance with US GAAP and company policies while driving process improvements and operational excellence.

What will you do:

• Play a key role in preparing consolidated and solo financial statements on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis in accordance with US GAAP.
• Preparation of the subsidiaries’ financial statements and annual tax returns.
• Work closely with external auditors and advisors on audit and accounting/tax matters with local and global implications.
• Oversee compliance with SOX controls.
• Contribute to the development of key financial policies and procedures, ensuring their implementation and maintenance across global operations.
• Automate and improve manual financial processes.
• Lead and execute daily financial activities to maintain the integrity of accounting records, ensuring proper controls over bookkeeping transactions and reporting.
• Ad-Hoc projects.

Requirements:

• CPA with 2+ years of experience at a Big 4 accounting firm – suitable for a first post-internship role.
• Proficient in US-GAAP (Revenue Recognition, Capitalizations, Leases, etc.)
• Advanced Excel skills
• Familiarity with Netsuite - an advantage
• Strong process knowledge & process improvement understanding
• Team player with strong work ethics
• Motivation with a problem-solving attitude
• Deadline oriented with ability to work in fast-paced work environment
• Advanced proficiency in both written and spoken English
