Key Responsibilities:

• Report to the CEO
• Manage and coordinate Purchasing, Planning & Control (PPC), Quality, and Warehouse departments
• Lead operational processes and support all operational activities in the company (excluding production)

Requirements:

• Proven experience in operations management in complex manufacturing companies
• Proven experience in the semiconductor or defense industries
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with multiple interfaces and projects
• Systemic thinking, high sense of responsibility, and independent leadership skills
