A leading global fintech company is looking for an experienced Back-End Engineer to join a high-impact team focused on developing large-scale SaaS applications.
📍 Location: Tel Aviv / Hybrid
📅 Duration: 9 months (with extension option)
What You’ll Do:
- 70–85% hands-on development in Java-based systems
- Build scalable solutions using Spring/Spring Boot, Kafka, and Flink
- Design and develop prototypes, features, and production-grade code
- Work with both relational and non-relational databases
- Collaborate across teams – product, QA, architecture, and business units
- Take part in architectural discussions and mentor junior engineers
Requirements:
- 5+ years of active development experience in Java – must
- Proven hands-on experience with Spring / Spring Boot – must
- Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Kafka & Flink – must
- Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases – must
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies – advantage
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication in English
