Role Description
We’re searching for someone who thrives in the world of social media - someone who intuitively gets what captures attention online, understands the vibe of each platform, and can take the reins on content without needing constant direction or detailed briefs. You'll be the voice of Zenzap across platforms like TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram and Reddit, building our presence through bold, creative, and authentic storytelling.
This role is a great fit for someone who’s energized by fast-moving environments, loves to test and iterate, and naturally uses AI and automation to streamline their work. Your job? Make the Zenzap brand impossible to ignore.
Qualifications
- Creative Firepower: You naturally come up with ideas that stick: content formats, hooks, and themes that people can’t help but share.
- End-to-End Execution: You can independently create content from scratch - writing snappy captions, designing visuals, scripting videos, or spinning up memes on the fly.
- AI Workflow: AI tools and automation platforms are already part of your toolkit, and you know how to use them to move faster and smarter.
- Platform Know-How: You get the nuances of TikTok, LinkedIn, Reddit, Instagram etc, and you tailor your approach for each.
- Distinctive Writing Voice: You know how to sound smart, human, and funny when needed and your writing cuts through the noise. High-level writing proficiency in English.
- Self-Starter Energy: You don’t wait to be told what to do. You ship often, pivot quickly, and always look at performance to improve.
- Experience: At least 3 years of proven experience in managing social media for a business/brand – required.
- Proficiency in Meta platforms (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedIn.
- Strong marketing and creative thinking skills; high-level writing proficiency in both Hebrew and English (native-level English – an advantage).
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics).
- Ability to work independently and manage end-to-end tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work within multi-functional teams.
- High-level English – mandatory; native English – an advantage.

- Have built a strong following or helped a brand go viral.
- Know how to turn product launches, customer stories, and behind-the-scenes content into shareable social gold.
- Treat TikTok like your second language and love creating for it.
