One of our Clients is a startup that develops a high-performance NoSQL database designed for low latency and high throughput at scale.
Role Description
The General Counsel will be responsible for handling legal issues, providing legal advice, ensuring compliance with labor and employment law, managing data privacy matters, and overseeing corporate governance. This is a hybrid role based in Tel Aviv District, Israel, with the flexibility to work from home as needed.
Qualifications
- Legal Issues and Legal Advice skills
- Labor and Employment Law knowledge
- Experience in Data Privacy and Corporate Governance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Law degree and active Bar membership in Israel
