Marketing Communications Manager

The Magnum Ice Cream Company is looking for an experienced, passionate, and strategic Media & Digital Lead to join our Israel team.

This role blends creative leadership, digital innovation, and strategic thinking to deliver exceptional consumer experiences across all touchpoints.

You will lead the transformation of our digital presence, manage agency relationships, and work closely with global and local teams to ensure Magnum remains the most iconic and talked-about ice cream brand in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement holistic media and digital strategies, including social media and influencer marketing.
• Manage media and creative agency relationships, including contracts, negotiations, and performance reviews.
• Lead content creation and strategic partnerships that drive engagement and brand power.
• Optimize end-to-end consumer journeys using data-driven insights and digital tools.
• Localize global digital assets and partnerships for the Israeli market.
• Champion a “Social First” mindset across the business.
• Drive measurement, analytics, and continuous optimization of digital and media activities.
• Collaborate with global brand teams to share best practices and leverage global capabilities.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, media strategy, or marketing communications.
• Preferred: Experience as a supervisor in an advertising agency or in a MarCom (Marketing Communications) role.
• Proven experience managing agencies, creators, and influencers.
• Strong understanding of media planning, buying, and performance optimization.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, legal, IT, PR, and external vendors.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to generate insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Passion for innovation, creativity, and continuous learning.
