🛠️ What You'll Do

• Lead a fullstack team through the full product lifecycle—from ideation and architecture to development and deployment.
• Stay hands-on: contribute code, run design reviews, and solve real-world challenges alongside your team.
• Own and drive engineering processes, constantly experimenting with new tools and technologies.
• Build scalable applications and data systems using modern cloud infrastructure (React, React Native, Python, GCP, etc.).
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, Security, Marketing, Support) to launch meaningful features.
• Set up and evaluate A/B tests on user flows to optimize acquisition and engagement.

✅ About You

• 5+ years of experience as a fullstack developer
• 2+ years in a team leadership role
• Deep experience with React, React Native (TypeScript), and Python
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms like GCP, GKE, MySQL, Redis, BigQuery
• Experience leading products from concept to production
• Familiarity with A/B testing and web analytics
• Product mindset: You understand marketing and growth goals and translate them into tech solutions
• You’re collaborative, curious, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
