Content & Creative Marketing Coordinator

Are you a creative at heart with a passion for data and results? We're looking for a Marketing Coordinator to own and elevate our firm's digital presence. This is a unique opportunity to blend content creation with strategic analysis in a leading B2B environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Create and manage all content for our social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok).
• Shoot and edit video content, from short-form Reels to professional interviews.
• Create and publish compelling weekly content including posts, carousels, reels and stories.
• Manage the company website and blog, and drive the organic growth of our podcast.
• Analyze marketing performance data to optimize strategy and report on results.
• Manage creative vendors (designers, agencies) and lead the production of company events.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a similar marketing or content role.
• A proven talent for writing high-quality, professional content.
• A genuine passion and skill for video shooting and editing.
• Full command of social media platforms, including Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools.
• The ability to analyze performance data and translate it into strategic adjustments.

Bonus Points if You Have:

• Familiarity with the world of finance, capital markets, or financial products.
• Experience in growing and promoting a podcast.
• In-depth knowledge of using AI tools for content creation and marketing.
