• Develop and execute brand and sales strategies aligned with company goals and market opportunities.
• Build, manage, and grow client relationships, acting as a strategic partner in their brand journey.
• Identify new business opportunities, prepare proposals, and close high-value deals.
• Lead brand campaigns and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing, creative, and tech teams to deliver client-focused solutions.
• Track and report on KPIs and sales performance, optimizing efforts for maximum ROI.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.
• Represent Aqarte at industry events, client meetings, and networking functions.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in brand management, sales, or business development within media, tech, or consulting sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, digital marketing, and client relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a growth mindset and strong entrepreneurial spirit.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
