Product AI Lab Team Lead

We’re looking for a passionate, high-energy, creative, and strategic Team Lead to head our AI Lab & Internal Tools Team — a hands-on group responsible for building AI-powered internal tools, rapid prototyping with GenAI, and driving experimentation across the product organization. This team lives at the intersection of emerging tech and product innovation: exploring LLMs, generative image/video, and creative automation to improve how our teams work and inspire what we build next. You’ll work closely with product, design, and engineering leadership, playing a key role in shaping how AI gets translated into real value, both internally and in our products.

What will you be doing

• Prioritize initiatives across internal tools and AI lab prototypes, balancing delivery and exploration
• Manage and mentor a team of AI creatives and solution engineers (LLM and creative AI specialists)
• Collaborate with stakeholders (CPO, VP Product, VP Design, Product Ops, Design Leads) to identify opportunities for innovation and key pain points
• Actively contribute to projects: ideation, creative and technical guidance, progress reviews, workflow design, and creative prototyping
• Facilitate team rituals and workflows for optimal execution speed and impact
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, reliable, and inspiring outputs that bridge GenAI potential with product realities
  
  

Your Skills And Experience

• Proven track record in creative tech, AI, or product innovation roles (previous roles, accomplished projects, excellent achievements)
• A combination of a strong creative and technical background (educational & practical)
• Practical knowledge of GenAI tools and techniques (LLMs, Image & Video generative models, Machine Learning - advantage)
• Experience building internal tools, workflows, or prototypes that support product/design orgs
• Strong communicator who thrives in cross-disciplinary environments
• Organized, analytic thinker with a bias for action and clarity
• Experience working in hybrid teams (engineering, design, product) - a big plus
• Familiarity with experimentation infrastructure or agent workflows
• Exposure to product ops tooling or design system enablement
