Software Project Manager

We're looking for a Software Project Manager for our ELTA Division .

The Position includes:

• Managing and leading the command and control (C2) software product for security systems, across various projects within the C2 management framework.
• Defining and specifying requirements (User Stories) received from the systems engineering team for development and testing teams, along with building work plans according to project requirements.
• Deep systemic and engineering familiarity with the scope of various projects.
• Managing the full lifecycle of the C2 software product development across multiple projects, including prioritization, backlog management, and sprint planning.
• Matrix management of development, testing, and integration teams, and ongoing collaboration with systems engineers to effectively advance product goals.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field – required
• At least 2 years of experience leading development teams, preferably client-server teams working on WEB or Desktop applications – required
• Proven 1-2 years experience as a Software Project Manager or Product Manager – required
• Experience in software development – required
• Understanding of UI/UX principles
• Experience working with product management tools such as Jira and Confluence (or similar)
• Experience working with defense/security systems – an advantage
• Willingness to travel to clients domestically and abroad
• Business understanding and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Deep technical understanding of software development processes and Agile methodology
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Hebrew and English
