For our customer , a leading ctber security company, We are looking for a Team Leader to lead a hybrid team of local and remote developers in building scalable, microservices-based applications for both cloud and on premises environments. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in frontend and backend , Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, along with proven team management experience across both remote and local teams.

Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and manage a hybrid team of local and remote developers.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of microservices architectures.
Ensure high-quality code, security, performance, and best practices.
Manage cloud and on-premises deployments with Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, DevOps, and QA teams across multiple locations.
Conduct code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies effectively in both onsite and remote settings.
Implement best practices for team collaboration, asynchronous communication, and productivity across time zones.
Drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement in a distributed team environment.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in full-stack development .
2+ years of experience leading a hybrid team (both remote and local developers), including mentoring and performance management.
Experience with Django, FastAPI, or Flask (backend) and Redux, TypeScript, or Next.js (frontend).
Strong knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event- driven architecture.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Excellent communication, leadership, and agile project management skills to manage both onsite and remote team members effectively.
