About the Position

Alison.ai is looking for an enthusiastic Junior Data Integration Engineer to join our growing startup and take part in integrating our customers with various platforms. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates with no prior experience to kick-start their career at the intersection of data, technology, and business in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute integrations between Alison.ai customers and multiple platforms.
• Ensure data integrity throughout all integration processes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data and integration issues independently.
• Build and maintain data automation workflows and tasks.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, R&D, Customer Success).

What we’re looking for

• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering & Management, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Python – must.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent cross-team communication skills.
• Passion for growing and evolving with a startup.
• Advantage: experience in project management or leading initiatives.
