Senior Control Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the design and implementation of lighting and HVAC control systems in collaboration with consultants, project managers, and end clients

• Managing operational interfaces with international suppliers

• Developing monitoring and reporting tools for internal use, service teams, and clients

• Collaborating with the service department to enable data-driven, proactive support

• Planning for future integration of all systems into a centralized control platform

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or practical engineering diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Control Systems, or related fields

• In-depth knowledge of the Israeli engineering consultancy and planning market

• Proven experience in designing and implementing control systems in lighting, HVAC, or energy management

• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders

• Experience with ERP and CRM platforms

• High-level proficiency in English
