Anières Program, Technion – Program & Innovation Coordinator

Location: Technion Campus, Haifa (with one workday per week in Tel Aviv)

About the Role:

Anières operates several excellence programs at the Technion aimed at developing the next generation of engineers and entrepreneurs in Israel, with a strong emphasis on social mobility.

We are seeking a Program and Innovation Coordinator, a dynamic individual to take on a combined role involving management of the Anières Innovation & Entrepreneurship Program and a Program Coordinator for international students in the Anières Program.

This is an exciting role for someone with initiative and leadership skills, who is passionate about combining educational work, innovation, and social impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program:

• Coordinate and integrate Anières entrepreneurship activities within the T:Hub center.
• Promote the program and recruit new students annually from among current and past Anières participants.
• Build an active and supportive community of students and alumni around the entrepreneurship program.
• Provide personal guidance to the entrepreneurship track students: content, activity integration, and industry connections.
• Manage communication with the Anières community – newsletters, updates, and outreach.
• Coordinate and produce events such as workshops, hackathons, and community events throughout the year.
• Monitor participant progress and collect feedback for program improvement.
• Handle administrative and logistical tracking of the program (with support from T:Hub staff).

Anières Mechina (Preparatory Program for New Immigrants):

• Provide personal, academic, and social support to immigrant students during their studies in the preparatory program.
• Maintain regular, personal contact with students and assist them in overcoming academic and personal challenges.
• Identify student needs and provide individualized support in coordination with the Mechina staff.
• Plan and lead social activities, workshops, and team-building days in collaboration with the Mechina team.
• Work closely with the teaching staff and program director.
• Coordinate with academic and administrative bodies at the Technion.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (or near completion), preferably in education, management, or entrepreneurship - mandatory
• Experience in youth excellence programs, entrepreneurship, education, or working with students - strong advantage
• Experience in community building or mentoring programs.
• Social involvement and familiarity with Israeli society, including public institutions - advantage
• High interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and ability to build trust.
• Strong organizational, planning, and management skills.
• Availability for flexible working hours, including occasional evening events.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English (spoken and written); Russian – advantage.
• Completion of military or national service.
• Technion graduate - preferred
• Residency in or near Haifa – advantage
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace – advantage: familiarity with design tools or AI platforms.
