Indirect Procurement Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Indirect Procurement Team Leader to lead a team responsible for managing procurement activities across a wide range of non-manufacturing categories, including construction, Facilities, services, marketing, HR etc. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, supplier performance, and cost optimization across all supporting functions of the organization.

What will your job look like:

• Lead and develop a team of buyers managing the full procurement cycle in indirect categories such as Operation, facility services, marketing, and HR.
• Manage and negotiate high-volume agreements, with a focus on infrastructure services, marketing agencies, consulting services, and workforce-related suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance with contractual terms.
• Oversee the full purchasing process: from requisition to order generation, goods/services receipt, and issue resolution.
• Work collaboratively with internal business partners, legal, Finance, to: Clarify needs and requirements, Refine specifications and scopes of work, Develop and execute procurement strategies and category plans.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with departmental teams to proactively forecast needs and make informed purchasing decisions aligned with business priorities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement practices.
• Track and perform data analysis (e.g., savings, spend, delivery performance).
  
  

• 7+ years of experience in indirect procurement, at least 3 of them from an international company.
• 4+ years of experience in leading and managing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of sourcing, contracting, and supplier management for infrastructure and service providers.
• Proficiency with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Ability to understand and evaluate technical documents and drawings – technical aptitude required.
• Experience managing procurement for marketing campaigns, creative agencies, HR services, recruitment firms, and training providers – strong advantage.
• Fluent English (both written and spoken).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or in other relevant field – advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
