Sr Project Management Officer

We're looking for a talented Senior PMO to join our dynamic team at our Beit Shemesh manufacturing site.

Reporting directly to the VP of Operations, this is a high-impact role responsible for leading our Project Management Office (PMO) and driving innovation across a wide portfolio of projects—including new product introductions, capital investments, registrations, and operational initiatives.

The role includes hybrid flexibility, with one day a week working from home.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The Project Management Office (PMO) supports the delivery of a comprehensive and professional portfolio of projects in the MACIE Region. The Senior PMO leads our PMO office and spearhead innovation in driving new product introductions, capital projects, registrations and operational projects. This role provides a service in order to support implementation and maintenance of a robust project portfolio.

The Senior PMO leads a team of up to 5 direct and matrix reports. They Provide strategic direction for project managers, establishing and maintaining PMO standards, methodologies, and best practices. Oversee planning, implementation, and tracking of large-scale projects, ensuring on-time, budget-compliant, and scope-complete delivery.

EDUCATION

• Ideally an Engineering, Science degree or equivalent expertise with a relevant post graduate degree preferably.
• A formal Project Management qualification or certification e.g. PMI is required but may be offset by significant experience.

EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of experience of project management within manufacturing and/or biotech industry including exposure to good manufacturing practice (GMP).
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence peers and senior management
• Knowledge in program/project management, and delivery and implementation of a wide range of projects form capital investment to R&D.
• Experience of working on large project portfolios.
• Strong knowledge of methodologies and tools, with proven track record in timely, budget-conscious project execution
• Good understanding of system development life cycle, project management and system implementation lifecycle methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills, understanding of complex issues, ability to quickly absorb information, conceptual and creative problem-solving excellence.
• Excellent communications skills, ability to articulate complex problems and solutions in a simple, logical, and impactful manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with various teams to define project parameters and deliverables, align resources, and communicate status with executives and stakeholders.
• Partner with global teams to determine and execute plans for new product development and supply
• Cross project alignment and integration
• Consultative and provide PM resources and training
• Drive compliance to adopted PM standards/processes
• Manage work plan, tracking, and analytics for the program/project execution.
• Keep track of project progress - including status, risks, costs and benefits.
• Maintenance of project trackers including RAID tracker(s) including scheduling regular review of the same with key stakeholders.
• Responsible for the creation and maintenance of management dashboards and executive summaries.
• Produce forecasts for project performance.
• Support in resource management support, resource tracking, and reporting.
• Ensure completion of administrative tasks such as project operations support, deliverable management, communication support, and project/service management tooling support.
• Communicate project/program management status to different stakeholders as required.
• Support the implementation of cross functional projects to help functions generated workstreams for complex tasks.
