We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Windows System Administrator to join our growing IT Infrastructure team.

Who are we looking for?

A team player with 5+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale and complex enterprise environments (minimum of 1,000 servers), who brings deep technical expertise in Microsoft technologies and cloud infrastructure. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement infrastructure projects in Microsoft environments under strict security and compliance guidelines
• Support ongoing maintenance of internal systems and infrastructure services
• Provide solutions to complex technical challenges in Microsoft-based infrastructures
• Manage and maintain core Microsoft systems such as Active Directory, Exchange, and related services
• Deliver service to internal clients, both in project execution and day-to-day support
• Collaborate closely with other IT team members and report to the Team Leader

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in large-scale Microsoft-based IT infrastructures (on-prem and cloud) - Must
• Proven hands-on experience in setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments and Vmware - Must
• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Active Directory (AD), ADFS, DHCP, IIS, CA, Kerberos - Must
• Experience with PKI infrastructure and certificate management - Must
• Strong customer-oriented mindset and high service awareness
• Ability to own tasks end-to-end and work in a collaborative team environment
• Quick learner, curious, and tech-savvy
• Experience in scripting (Shell, PowerShell) – Must
• Hands-on experience with Exchange On-Prem to Cloud migration – Must
