Priority ERP Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Priority ERP Specialist to maintain, enhance, and optimize our ERP system. This role requires close collaboration with various departments to identify and implement improvements to business processes, ensuring the ERP system supports our organizational goals. The successful candidate will play a key role in deploying effective ERP solutions that drive efficiency and productivity across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain the Priority ERP system, including overseeing system updates, execution, monitoring, and project closure.
• Serve as the focal point for stakeholders on issues arising from the ERP system, identifying and resolving problems efficiently.
• Share and update relevant teams on resolved issues, ensuring continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams to clearly define and achieve project objectives and deliverables.
• Develop and implement new Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for various processes, providing training to relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement and optimization to enhance the overall effectiveness of the ERP system.
• Collaborate on new processes, projects, and implementation initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and system integration, while providing regular updates and detailed status reports to management and stakeholders.
• Training will be provided for internal additional software of automations & BI

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Priority ERP systems.
• Developments within the system - a big advantage
• Strong project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate across teams and departments.
• Experience in business process analysis and workflow development.
• Knowledge of integration with other enterprise systems and applications.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
