Project Manager - Customer Service

We are looking for an Project Manager in Customer Service to an air defense systems plant

The Position includes:

• Managing a large-scale project
• Preparing a business contract, including scope and commercial terms
• Pricing the contract
• Negotiating with suppliers, customers, and manpower contractors
• Executing the contract while maximizing customer satisfaction and plant profitability

What we’re looking for:

• Academic degree in Engineering, Exact Sciences, or Industrial Engineering and Management – required
• At least 5 years of proven experience in managing business or operational projects of at least $10 million; relevant military (IDF) projects are considered relevant
• Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing) – required
• Good command of Russian (speaking, reading, and writing) – required
• Familiarity with operational or maintenance air defense systems – strong advantage
• Willingness to travel abroad – required
