The Team

Join our innovative AI technologies team as we develop and enhance our unique IP delivery flow and API. This role involves leading a group of 2-3 skilled SW engineers to drive the development of cutting-edge embedded solutions for Computer Vision acceleration. As Technical Lead, you will guide your team in delivering high-quality solutions by setting the technical direction, contributing to complex implementations, and driving best practices in code quality, architecture, and innovation.

What will you do?

• Develop and implement process improvements to scale with growing project complexity
• Lead a team of 2-3 software engineers, and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
• Collaborate with architecture and HW teams to ensure seamless integration and drive innovation

• Communicate technical vision and strategy to stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners
• Work with interrupts from other teams with different priorities and requirements
• Integrate software components from various teams into a cohesive system
• Communicate technical trade-offs and solutions across functional boundaries

Requirements:

• B.Sc./M.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5 years of SW engineering experience
• Excellent coding skills
• Extensive experience developing robust applications in Python
• Experience with writing dedicated unit-test and CI
• Proven experience as a backend engineer, including designing and maintaining APIs, working with databases, managing artifacts (e.g., Artifactory), and improving existing systems for scalability and performance.
• Deep understanding of Python and its ecosystem (e.g., libraries, tools, best practices)
• GIT expert
• Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in an R&D environment
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to drive innovation and improvement through process enhancements and technical guidance
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Advantages:

• Background in neural networks or deep learning frameworks
• Proven ability to mentor and support the growth of other developers
• Strong technical expertise in embedded systems, computer vision algorithms, and ML/DL concepts
