Production Section Manager join VPG Sensors Division in Modiin

What You’ll Do

• Managing all production plans as defined by Planning Department, while follow up after the redirecting of workers according to tasks, training and skills.
• Integration of all production floor resources and effectively managing them according to personnel (direct and indirect), inventory and equipment.
• Full knowledge and control of all production line information: capacity, yield, quality tests and working procedures.
• Initiating and managing plans for reducing costs.
• Leading and managing morning meetings (pass-down) with all the relevant people while distributing goals and tasks to the participants and motivating them for quality performance.

• Managing inquiry incidents, sharing relevant cases and making sure that it will not happen again.
  
  

• At least 3 years’ experience as Management in manufacturing, preferably in the Electronics and Chemistry Industry.
• Industrial Engineering, Knowledge in Electronics and Chemistry - advantage.
• Lean Management – advantage.
• High-level English
• Knowledge, and skills to work on the computer (Word, Excel, Outlook, MFG)
