As our Instructional Designer, you'll play a crucial role in developing cutting-edge training programs and managing our learning platforms. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing Training Processes: Designing and developing comprehensive training processes and curricula, including identifying and collaborating with external vendors.
• LMS Management: Taking full ownership of our Learning Management System (LMS), including:
• Managing communication with the manufacturer regarding trainee certification tracks.
• Overseeing and updating certification paths within the system.
• Granting user permissions and assisting with password resets.
• Providing user support and explanations on system operation.
• Monitoring implementation processes and ensuring knowledge retention.
• Content Development: Developing new training materials and adapting existing manufacturer-provided training content to meet local needs and requirements.

We're looking for a detail-oriented and tech-savvy individual with a passion for learning and development.

• Bachelor's Degree – Required.
• Experience in the training field – Required, with a strong emphasis on:
• Experience in LMS administration/management.
• Experience in developing training materials/content.
• High proficiency in both Hebrew and English (verbal and written communication skills).
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
• High technological aptitude and computer literacy.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Articulate Storyline.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
