About the Role

As a Product Manager at FINQ, you’ll play an important part in managing the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you’ll turn strategic vision into market-ready products. As a Product manager at FINQ, you'll help position FINQ as a leader in the market through innovative product solutions and change the financial landscape of how people around the world invest.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage products from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with strategy.
• Define specs, prioritize features, and work with design and engineering to deliver on time.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to guide product enhancements.
• Partner with UX/UI, marketing, content, and financial experts for cohesive product execution.
• Track KPIs (adoption, engagement, retention, churn), analyze trends, and guide product improvements.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years B2C product management experience in startups.
• 5+ years collaborating with R&D on technical specifications.
• Proven track record launching web applications.
• Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or computer science preferred.
• Prior experience or familiarity with pension products a strong advantage.
• Excellent project management skills, able to handle ambiguity and complexity.
• Data-driven mindset and experience with performance analysis.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality products.
• Self-motivated, excellent communicator, and a collaborative team member with fluency in English.
