Responsibilities: 

Team Leadership & Growth

● Manage, mentor, and motivate a small team of junior and mid-level Campaign Managers, ensuring high performance, accountability, and professional development.

● Foster a culture of learning, proactivity, and excellence within the team. 

Campaign Management & Strategy 

● Independently build, launch, optimize, and scale campaigns across Facebook and Native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, Bing).

● Maintain full ownership of significant budgets with a focus on ROI and PV

Innovation & Research 

● Stay ahead of trends — research, test, and roll out cutting-edge strategies to maximize performance on Facebook and Native traffic.

● Drive constant A/B testing across creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies. 

Analysis & Reporting 

● Deeply analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

● Deliver regular reports to management, highlighting successes, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.

Collaboration & Communication - Share learnings, best practices, and innovative ideas with internal teams to fuel wider company growth.

Requirements:

● MUST HAVE: 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Senior Campaign Manager running Facebook and Native traffic campaigns.

● Solid background in Gaming, CFD, or Casino verticals — a huge advantage!

● Proven experience leading or mentoring other Campaign Managers.

● Track record of scaling high-budget campaigns and delivering strong performance results.

● Deep analytical skills: interpret data, identify trends, and adapt quickly.

● Hungry, driven, and self-motivated — you take initiative and thrive under pressure.

● Exceptional multitasking and organizational abilities.

● Excellent communicator — clear, direct, and collaborative.
